Quantum Code gives freewill not the environment. Epigenetics and science is a new subject. Scientists think it is environment which provides us the freewill. They are simply incorrect. Environment would be useless to change any mechanism unless there was a built in freewill which allows one to change things in our lives. It is Quantum Code which does this….It allows us to change things because we have built in consciousness which allows us to do that. Consciousness is made of Quantum Code.
