Consciousness and cognition :

Scientific establishments need to understand there is a fundamental difference between consciousness and cognition. The later is made up of Atoms and are present in Microtubules whereas Quantum Code has no atoms in its consciousness. Once you have atoms made then you are outside the remit of consciousness.
