Dover course case Judgment can be appealed and can be set aside or amended in light of new evidence. To be fair to the learned Courts, the new science knowledge on Intelligent Design was not available in 2005 yr during the time of Judgment in Dover school case which had denied the subject of Intelligent Design being taught on schools as it was an attempt to teach religion through backdoor entry. Now I can establish Intelligent Design should be taught first as it has nothing to do with religion. It is beautiful science which should be taught in every American school to students as it would enrich their lives and knowledge and make them a better citizen free from harsh realities we are seeing at present everywhere.
