If you love meditation like I do then this will be what I call the first 1 Spy energy. This will prevent your deeper levels of meditation. People do Yoga but don’t have a clue about the real definition of Yoga and how to meditate. I am not revealing finer details yet and will them for another day when I decide to share more confidential knowledge which is hidden from the masses.
