Nowadays meditation is accepted as normal thing to do by many people, organisations and countries. Yet that was not the case when I used to meditate at a very young age on my own without any experts help or guidance in London. I think OSHO has played a valuable part in relaying the value of meditation to the west. Yet, in India it has not achieved the same degree of popularity even though it is a must. why is that? People are simply refusing to change their mindset is the main reason. Instead variety of Yoga’s are popular. If you wish to discover Mind of God, then meditation is a KEY you can’t afford to ignore. Trouble is because it is free, something which is free has very little value to the user as the accepted norm is if you pay for it then it must be good or better. That is why west is going ahead of India in their own used to be forte.
